We are hiring an Entry Level Sales | Marketing Trainee in Downtown Dayton, OH. This role is suitable for college graduates or individuals seeking a career change. 

Responsibility:

• Assist in  day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Conduct presentations at our daily events.
• Address queries and concerns from clients and customers at our daily events
• Achieve company and client KPIs.

Qualifications:

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving and surpassing goals and objectives.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• A background in B2C | Sales | Training | Leadership or Recruitment: 1-3 years preferred not required.

Job:

• Full-time: Monday-Saturday 

Training:

• Paid training and ongoing support will be provided.

Compensation Package:

• Weekly base pay
• Bonus opportunities + incentives
• Uncapped Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift: Monday thru Saturday Required 

Education:

• High school or equivalent: Required
